Cut-Resistant Operational Gloves - MoG 2ndSKIN Cut Resistant Glove
MoG 2ndSKIN 8108B operational gloves with Kevlar cut-resistant protection and goat leather construction. Second-skin fit, touchscreen compatible, certified according to EN 388.
The professional MoG 2ndSKIN 8108B cut-resistant operational gloves are the most versatile and popular model from Masters of Gloves, designed to meet the demanding requirements of frontline operations. Thanks to their exceptionally close-fitting anatomical design, these gloves provide the feel of a "second skin". They are the ideal solution for police forces, law enforcement agencies, customs officers, and military units that require maximum dexterity and tactile sensitivity without compromising hand protection.
The defining feature of the MoG 2ndSKIN is its unique combination of premium materials for maximum protection and complete control. The palm is made from exceptionally thin and soft goatskin leather that naturally conforms to the operator's hand after just a few days of use. The leather features a liquid-repellent treatment, preventing biological fluids such as blood, sweat, or urine from penetrating the material. On the inside, the Kevlar cut-resistant lining provides certified Level 4 cut protection across the palm, while its heat-resistant and flame-retardant construction also protects against burns caused by contact with hot surfaces or firearm barrels.
The specialized index finger design provides maximum trigger control and exceptional precision during frisking procedures, as it features no internal seams that could interfere with tactile sensitivity. In addition, the gloves are touchscreen compatible on both the index finger and thumb, allowing seamless operation of smartphones, tablets, and tactical communication devices in the field.
For maximum comfort, the back of the glove is constructed from Spandex Nylon, providing excellent breathability and flexibility while incorporating neoprene knuckle protection for basic impact absorption against minor impacts. The short cuff features an ergonomic watch cutout, allowing comfortable access to your tactical watch without putting pressure on the wrist. Inside, a functional hanging loop allows the gloves to be easily attached to your duty belt or tactical vest.
Ideal Uses & Applications
- Frisking & Security Searches: The seamless index fingertip and second-skin fit provide outstanding precision while offering protection against concealed sharp objects during frisking.
- Weapon Handling & Tactical Shooting: Reinforcement between the thumb and index finger protects the glove during rapid magazine changes and reloads.
- Daily Operational Use: An excellent choice for police officers (OPKE, DIAS, Immediate Action Units), private security personnel (VIP Security), coast guard officers, and customs personnel.

Tactical Corner Tip: Proper Equipment Setup & Quick Draw Configuration in the Field
Breaking In the Goatskin Leather: Due to the authentic 2ndSKIN slim-fit architecture, the gloves may feel extremely tight when first worn. Technical Tip: Do not choose a larger size because of the initial fit. Wear the gloves during normal field use for 2-3 days. The combination of your hand's natural warmth and movement will allow the thin goatskin leather to gradually stretch and mold perfectly to the anatomy of your own hand, delivering an ideal fit without excess material.
Proper Frisking Technique: The Kevlar lining provides excellent Level 4 cut protection, but it does not provide complete protection against direct punctures from needles or other sharp objects. Field Advice: During frisking, take advantage of the seamless palm construction and perform searches using smooth, sliding hand movements across the suspect's clothing, avoiding direct downward pressure with your fingertips. This technique allows the Kevlar cut-resistant barrier to perform at its highest level should it encounter concealed blades or other sharp objects.
