Withdrawal Declaration

Due to a technical system upgrade, if you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, please immediately send your details (Full Name, Order Number, and the Products you wish to return) to our email address: support@tactical-corner.gr with the subject line "Withdrawal Declaration".

Confirmation of receipt of your request will be sent to your email immediately upon the start of the next business hours of the store (Business Hours: Monday–Friday 08:00–20:00 and Saturday 08:00–15:00).

Please note that the exact date and time at which your email is sent will be considered as the date and time of submission of your withdrawal request, fully safeguarding your statutory 14-day withdrawal period.

Attention – Important Information & Terms (Pursuant to Law No. 5317/2026):

• Return Costs (Shipping): The shipping costs for returning the products to our store are borne exclusively and entirely by the consumer, who may choose the courier company of their preference.
• Product Return Deadline: After sending the withdrawal email, you are required to return the product to us within 14 calendar days. Our company reserves the legal right to delay the refund until the products have been fully received and inspected.
• Clothing & Footwear Products (Combat Boots, Boots, Clothing): The right of withdrawal without giving a reason applies exclusively to products that have been tried on indoors and show no signs of use. If products are returned after having been worn outdoors, soiled, damaged, or with their tags removed, a legally permitted reduction in value of up to 100% may be applied following inspection, and the corresponding amount will be deducted from the refund.
• Sealed Hygiene Products (Thermal Underwear, Socks): For health and hygiene protection reasons, withdrawal is not accepted for thermal underwear and socks whose original factory packaging or security seal has been opened or torn after delivery.
• Equipment & Non-Hygiene Products (Flashlights, Knives, Backpacks, Air Guns, etc.): The consumer has the right to carefully open the packaging in order to examine the product. However, if the original factory packaging has been irreparably damaged (e.g. hard plastic blister packaging has been cut) or if the product shows signs of use or scratches, a proportionate reduction in value (deduction from the refund) will be applied, as the product can no longer be resold as new.
• Refund Method: Refunds will be made exclusively using the same payment method used for the original purchase (e.g. refund to the PayPal account or to the credit/debit card).
