The set of waterproof professional Retevis RB648 PMR446 radios (9050040250) is designed to withstand the toughest industrial and outdoor conditions. With top-tier IP67 waterproof certification, the radios are fully dustproof and can withstand immersion in water (up to 1 meter for 30 minutes), making them the ideal choice for construction sites, industries, maritime operations, Security personnel, as well as hunting or hiking.
The radios operate on the legal and license-free PMR446 frequency (no license or subscriptions required) with a transmission power of 0.5 Watt and 16 communication channels. They feature an extremely durable TPE+PC housing with drop resistance from heights of up to 2 meters, as well as dual push-to-talk button (Dual PTT) —one large central button and one side button— for comfortable operation even when wearing heavy-duty work gloves.
Equipped with Vibration Alert so you don't miss any calls in high-noise environments, VOX function (voice-activated transmission) for Hands-Free communication, and CTCSS/DCS tones to block unwanted interference.
