The Dräger X-plore 3500 wildland firefighting set provides comprehensive and specialized respiratory and eye protection during wildland and vegetation firefighting operations. Conditions in the field pose serious health risks to emergency personnel due to the inhalation of harmful gases, soot, fine dust, and airborne particles, even outside the main smoke front.
The Dräger X-plore® 3500 half mask is made from the hypoallergenic and durable DrägerFlex material, providing an excellent seal, secure fit, and comfort during intense physical activity. The dual bayonet filter system evenly distributes weight, while the specially designed louvered plastic filter cover protects the filter media from radiant heat and flying sparks. Additionally, the harness design allows the mask to be removed easily without removing the helmet.
The set is equipped with Dräger X-plore® A1B1E1K1 Hg P3 R combination filters, providing maximum protection against both particulates (P3) and typical hazardous fire gases such as hydrogen cyanide (HCN) and sulfur dioxide (SO2). The Dräger X-pect® 4200 sealed safety goggles (EN 166) feature anti-scratch and anti-fog coatings, providing an excellent seal and perfect compatibility with the mask. The set also includes 10 DAISYquick cleaning wipes and a reusable carrying bag.
