The internal knee pads Texar Knee Pads Inserts (47-INS-TG) are an essential protective accessory for law enforcement personnel, military operators, airsoft enthusiasts, and anyone performing manual labor tasks. Designed to fit easily into the dedicated internal pockets of tactical trousers, they provide excellent shock absorption and knee protection against impacts, rocks, and hard surfaces in the field.
The inserts are made from soft 6mm Neoprene, a material known for its high elasticity, compression resistance, and excellent thermal insulation properties. The 6mm thickness offers the ideal balance between effective joint protection and comfort, without adding excessive bulk or restricting the natural movement and bending of the leg while kneeling or running.
Originally, the knee pads are perfectly shaped to fit directly into Elite Pro series trousers by Texar. However, their greatest advantage is their high adaptability: with original dimensions of 27.5cm x 19.5cm, they can easily be trimmed with scissors into the appropriate shape to fit other popular military trouser types such as WZ10, ACU, BDU, and SFU.

Adjustment Tip: If you want to install them into ACU or BDU trousers, do not trim them “by eye.” Remove the internal lining or use an old knee pad that already fits your trousers as a template. Draw the outline with a marker on the neoprene and carefully cut it with sharp tailoring scissors to achieve the perfect shape without damaging the material.
