Waterproof Handheld Metal Detector - Garrett PRO-Pointer AT

Garrett PRO-Pointer AT (1140900) Waterproof precision metal detector (pinpointer). Submersible up to 6 meters (20 ft), 3 sensitivity levels, Fast Retune & LED light

When metal detecting on dry land, wet sand, rivers, lakes or at sea requires instant, accurate and reliable pinpointing of a metal target in the excavation hole — whether for professionals and experienced gold prospectors or for exploration, diving and metal detecting enthusiasts — the waterproof precision metal detector (pinpointer) Garrett PRO-Pointer AT (PN: 1140900)  (pinpointer) offers the ultimate solution.

Known worldwide as one of the most popular precision metal detectors on the market (widely known as the “Garrett Carrot” due to its distinctive orange color), it is fully submersible to depths of up to 6 meters (20 feet). Its bright orange color ensures excellent visibility underwater or in the ground. It features 3 sensitivity levels for detecting even the smallest gold nuggets and tiny metal objects, while supporting the innovative Fast Retune function, which isolates ground mineralization or narrows the detection field for precise separation of large targets with a simple button press.

Designed for simple single-button operation, it allows you to power on the device, adjust sensitivity, retune and select silent vibration-only operation (Stealth Mode) using just one button. It features a 360° metal detection area around the body and at the pinpointing tip, patented proportional audio/vibration alerts (Proportional Audio/Vibration), an integrated LED light, a ruler marked in inches and centimeters along the body, and a special scraping blade for digging through soil. It comes with a woven belt holster and a 9V battery.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

How deep can the Garrett PRO-Pointer AT metal detector be submerged?
It is fully waterproof and can be safely submerged to depths of up to 6 meters (20 feet), making it ideal for diving and underwater metal detecting.

What is the Fast Retune function used for?
With a quick press of the button, it instantly helps isolate interference caused by ground mineralization or wet sand and narrows the detection field, allowing you to distinguish between two nearby metal targets or locate the edges of a large object.

What happens if I drop the detector in water or dense grass?
Its bright orange color makes it easy to spot. It also features the Lost Pro-Pointer Alarm system, which emits periodic warning sounds after 5 minutes of inactivity to help you locate it easily.

Are the battery and holster included in the package?
Yes! The package includes the Garrett PRO-Pointer AT metal detector, a durable woven belt holster and one 9V alkaline battery.
