The Helikon Tex Patriot PRO (#BL-PPF-RP) men's jacket from the Outback line represents the new generation of tactical and outdoor apparel, designed for intensive field use as well as everyday urban wear. Its main advantage is the technologically advanced STORMFLEECE® hybrid fabric (256 g/m²). This material perfectly combines the superior thermal comfort of a fleece jacket with the technical protective properties of a softshell jacket. It is the ideal choice for those who want to travel light without compromising functionality.
The jacket provides comprehensive protection against wind and cold, as its outer layer limits air penetration, helping maintain body temperature even during periods of low activity. At the same time, it offers active thermoregulation and high breathability: the soft fleece inner layer effectively wicks away moisture and perspiration. In addition, the hydrophobic outer treatment delays water absorption, making the jacket resistant to light rain and damp conditions. For gear organization, it is equipped with 5 functional pockets secured with reliable YKK® zippers: two large hip pockets, one chest pocket, and two internal mesh-lined pockets, positioned for easy access even while wearing a backpack.

Tactical Corner Tip: Washing, Cleaning & Maintenance Instructions for STORMFLEECE® Fabric
Washing & Cleaning Advice: To preserve the special hydrophobic coating and elasticity of the STORMFLEECE® technical fabric, never use fabric softeners, bleach, or harsh chemical detergents. Wash the jacket in a washing machine at a maximum temperature of 30°C on the delicate cycle. Before placing it in the drum, turn the jacket inside out and securely close all YKK® zippers and Velcro panels to prevent friction and damage to the fleece fibers.
Drying & Ironing: Tumble drying and dry cleaning are strictly prohibited. Allow the jacket to air dry naturally in a shaded, well-ventilated area away from direct heat sources (such as radiators or fireplaces). If ironing is required, use a low temperature setting (up to 110°C), ideally placing a thin cloth between the iron and the fabric, while completely avoiding the laser-cut loop panels and zipper areas.
